A Fairy Festival

We had the very best time at Heritage Farms for their fairy festival today! This is the farm we go to for pumpkin picking every year and when we heard they were doing this we knew we couldn't miss it. The kids loved the activities; even the boys who I thought might be a bit too old to have fun. But they built awesome fairy houses in the fields and made fairy crowns with the best of them. They had a station where you were given your fairy name and clan, our kiddos were Granite, Smoke and Harvest respectively. There was a fairy circle for dancing with gauzy scarves to flute music, a fairy parade and fairy gardens to decorate and take home. There was henna and face painting and a bubble fairy who blew bubbles using only her hands. It was so SO magical! If your from the area and have a chance to go, I can't recommend it enough! Some photos from our day below...
