Today was the big day. Recital day and back to back shows for Weston's
superhero class. The boys were amazing and hilarious - just as I suspected. Well worth the ticket price to watch them dance, kick, shoot web and occasionally pick their noses (side-eye wes) and wander off stage. I haven't laughed so hard in a looooong time. We weren't allowed to take photos or video during the actual performance because there will be an official DVD for sale, and at $40 a pop it was looking like the performance was going to have to just live on in our memories ;) Fortunately for us, my mom was willing to bite the bullet and offered to buy a copy, so as soon as we get our hands on the finished version I'll be sure to post the footage here.
You won't be disappointed.

In the mean time, here are some photos we snapped after the first and second shows. Thank you to all of our family members who came out and sacrificed a good part of their Saturday to see our spiderman perform. It meant the world to us to have you there. He sure is one loved little boy.
