was just as it is every year...except maybe 15 degrees hotter than i can ever remember it being. wes was in two neighborhood parades in the morning
(where we never ever win for best decorated bike or trike - three years losing!) followed by a family cookout at home with lots of good food,
the prerequisite lame grocery store fireworks and lots and lots of sparklers.
oh, and there was sweating too.
